Receptionist / Administrative Assistant (Starting at $15/hr)
Handles front desk, phones, scheduling, and daily office support. Keeps things organized, professional, and running smooth.
Commercial Plumbing Foreman (Starting at $30/hr)
Leads commercial plumbing installations. Oversees jobs, mentors techs, and ensures quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Plumbing Service Technician (Starting at $20/hr)
Handles service calls, system diagnostics, and repairs. Must be customer-focused, technically sharp, and able to communicate clearly under pressure.

Service Technicians who hold a current Journeyman license will be paid at the Journeyman wage rate.
Apprentice Plumber (Starting at $16/hr)
Assists journeymen and foremen with installations and service calls. Learns tools, systems, and trade skills on the job with a path toward long-term career growth.

Apprentice starting pay increases by year in program:
  • Year 1: $16/hr
  • Year 2: $18/hr
  • Year 3: $20/hr
  • Year 4: $22/hr
HVAC Journeyman (Starting at $25/hr)
Installs ductwork, units, controls, and venting. Works from plans and specs with minimal oversight.
HVAC Service Technician (Starting at $20/hr)
Handles service calls, system diagnostics, and repairs. Must be customer-focused, technically sharp, and able to communicate clearly under pressure.

Service Technicians who hold a current Journeyman license will be paid at the Journeyman wage rate.
